Has anyone truely received their "free laptop" or "free plasma TV"?

I was "trapped" into a website which seemed rather parasite-ish - it asked if I wanted the a.m free - of course I would - but to achieve it I had to subscribe to endless amounts of other sites - I ended up deleting the whole thing as it seemed "there must be a catch" and its too good to be true. Just wondered if any one actually got the Freebies?
