What is a funner and more rewarding pistol to own, a Taurus .44 mag w/8 3/8 barrel or Glock 50 gi?

Don't take this question the wrong way, I'm just looking for a powerful handgun that could be useful as a self defense pistol and just for fun at the range. I'm thinking of starting to reload my own ammo,especially if I go with the Glock 50 gi. If anyone has had any experience with any of these pistols and or own them please share your experiences with them. Thanks.
