How can American citizens commence a move to see if war crimes have been commited by this administration?

Talk about a war crime...the supreme court gave terrorists, criminal combatants and those in Cuba the same rights as citizens just the other day! And they have the same mindset as liberal and leftist democrats who voted for the war in Iraq! Socialism is the enemy we should be fighting along with Islamic radical terrorists! If we don't fight the socialists leading our government and the radicals in their homeland, the socialists would have it so that there would be more towers falling here! Praise this administration for keeping us safe since 9/11/2001!
