What does "there is only the human race" mean?

Just more semantic Culture-Distortion from the powers that be. There is one human species. Broad races evolved over tens of thousands of years to to adapt to Africa, Asia, and Europe. Subraces evolved to fit more specific geographic areas. Ethnicities are often more about language than physiology.
