I have a problem with my lips being swollen red and peeling. They also burn, could this be caused my stom acid

They are red, swollen and they form a layer of skin that peels of whenever my lips get wet. If I let my lips be they become cracked and scabbed up. I have tried almost everything under the sun. Best I can describe is that just inside my lower lip where their use to be skin is now raw and like raised and swollen. I also get canker sores if I even cut my lip or irritate it somehow. my top lip forms skin that hangs off and peels off leaving a new layer to form and peel off later. The skin peels of in small sheets. I have constant burning sensation in my lips. When I wake up in the morning they are sometimes stuck together and very sore. I do have a white tongue but only occasionally so I dont think its thrush. I think I have a viral or fungal infection or maybe a yeast overgrowth in my body. Please if there are any Doctors out there i am desperate. Thanks
