Acquired Immunity after Blood Transfusion?

If a person suffers mive blood loss from trauma, etc., does he/she lose some memory B cells of a certain antigen thereby eliminating his/her acquired immunity for that antigen? If that person receives a blood transfusion, does he incorporate memory B cells from that blood?
