Anyone a descendant of Cleveland F. Webster of Walla-Walla, Washington?

I found a business card in an old book which was for his real estate business in rooms 12-14 of the Dooly Building, Walla-Walla, Washington. It is obviously an older card because the phone numbers are only 3 digits. Thank you
