You have it right do for yourself first,not just anything but what you will be happy with for a long time putting down roots.Then you can think of the others.You are a wonderful person to help your family out so much.Take your time and think of what you really would like to do then go for it.No one can tell you that .Just be happy like you said you have earned some.
