Spanish..!!!!? no thanks...

recently i applied for a job at an upscale dining establishment got it ..and imagine to my surprise the training was handed off to an hispanic gentleman!!! he didn't speak english hardly at least and i dont speak spanish! majority of the people who were there granted were mexican.. but i was upset that no accomodation as given to us non spanish speaking people hence my training really suffered! he got frustrated i got madder....even the Culinary mgr had poor english! why should i as an american be forced or put into a sitation where ihave to know spanish? why cant they learn english?? after all it is the language of the land last time i checked!! needless to say i didnt take the job ...if the co. cant provide eqal training to all and just caters to one minority group then i dont want to work there!
